The change must be made within 10 working days of receiving the product.
To accept the change, the product must be in excellent condition and accompanied by its purchase document.
In each return for which newtrends.gr is not responsible, the shipping costs are borne by the sender. Shipping costs in case of change are 5 euros.
You select the item with which you wish to make your change, and upon receipt, you give your previous parcel for return. There is the possibility of issuing a credit, after the product is returned and checked, with a validity of 30 days.
